Job Description You are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Territory Manager for driving the sales strategy and achieving business goals within your designated region. Your key focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders, monitoring competitor information, and understanding prescription trends within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and managing Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and other initiatives to bolster the company's brand image. Roles & Responsibilities - Promote the new product by executing the Product Management Team's marketing strategy. - Analyze market trends, consult with doctors on new product potential, and relay feedback to the Product Management Team. - Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies to facilitate a successful product launch. - Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies. - Ensure the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives. - Participate in monthly review meetings to assess coverage, adherence to SOPs, and expense management to achieve sales targets. - Focus on customer relationship management by establishing strong connections, addressing queries promptly, and tracking return on investment per customer. - Meet Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Key Business Leader (KEL) frequently to conduct CME events. - Prepare product matrix depending upon doctor's potential & preference and update data on chemist, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA). Qualifications - Educational qualification: Graduate with a science background. - Minimum work experience: 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Skills & Attributes Technical Skills: - Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing. - Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies. - Basic knowledge of computers. Behavioural Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good at building and leveraging relationships. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong decision-making skills.
