Wire Cut Machine Operator

Job Description

Experience: minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience on wire cut machine Job Requirements Setting up and programming EDM Wire Cut machine Programming and modification of EDM machine programs Operating and Maintaining the Wire Cut Machine. Should have operational knowledge of other tool room or CNC machines. Should be proficient in usage of all measuring equipment’s / instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Slip Gauge, Bore Gauge etc. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly maintenance of the Wire Cut machine to keep them in optimum condition. Good Knowledge on Metallurgy of Ferrous and Non Ferrous Steels along with the Heat treatments. Should have sound knowledge of Metal cutting / Machining processes Good team work abilities, excellent communication and analytical skills to interact with customers and study requirements.
