Operator – Mould Assembly

Designation: Operator – Mould Assembly

Qualifications: NTTF or Indo-German Tool Room.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience

Job Requirements:

A. Understanding of Moulds and Prior Experience of Handling Moulds.

B. Good Drawing Reading and GD&T Skills.

C. Good Measurement Skills on Micro meter, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge etc.

D. Team player, Problem Solver, Self-Motivated.

E. Understanding of Injection Moulding Machine Operations.

F. Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Mold, Press Tool, Jigs and Fixtures assembly with high precision.

2) Ability in Mold Matching, Blue Matching of critical assemblies.

3) Should be able to use conventional equipment’s like Surface Grinding, Cylindrical grinding, Turning, Milling, Tapping & drilling etc.

4) Ability to work in close tolerances (3 to 5 microns) utilizing precision tools.

5) Polishing of Core, Cavity Inserts.

6) Documentation of the work conducted with technical documentation of measurements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
