•The Payroll Analyst will perform key elements of payroll processing & Tax processing such as data entry, uploads, validation, balancing and audits.
•They will work on questions and resolve basic issues.
•This role is involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as reviewing the payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll accounting, general ledger and reports, etc. •Other responsibilities include monitoring the processing checklist and calendars, maintaining precise documentation, providing data / report for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines. •Basic understanding of Payroll, human resources processes (COE and Ops) •Good communication skills •Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel) • Familiar with payroll processes in ERP - Successfactors
• Expertise in either of the countries' payroll - US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and Taiwan (preferrable is US)
