Job Description

Job Title Wintel Support Specialist Location Pune Wintel Support Specialist provides technical support for Microsoft Windows and Intel-based systems, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and maintaining the stability of the environment. Key Responsibilities and Skills Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows servers and client machines. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions. Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge base entries. Other Tasks Participate in change management processes. Work with other IT teams and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
