- Schedule and apply patches and updates to Windows servers.
- Utilize Kaseya or similar tools for patch management and automation.
- Monitor server performance post-patching and address any issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize critical patches based on security needs.
- Maintain documentation of patch management activities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Experience in patch management for Windows servers.
- Familiarity with Kaseya or similar patch management tools.
- Strong understanding of Windows server environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable to Deploy and manage Kaseya agents using the Agent Procedure module
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
