Windows Server Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for Windows Server & Infrastructure by assisting in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments. You will also support Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and basic user access issues. Monitoring server health and responding to incidents or service alerts will be part of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will also include providing network support by managing the daily operations of LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks. You will troubleshoot connectivity issues with routers, switches, and firewalls, as well as monitor and escalate network outages and slowdowns. Additionally, you will be involved in deploying and supporting applications hosted on IIS or similar platforms such as .NET, Java, or PHP. Managing SSL certificates, port configurations, and application performance logs will also be part of your duties. Basic support for databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including basic queries and user access, will also be required.
