Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments
• Configure and troubleshoot GPO/GPP policies
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and directory services via Active Directory
• Automate tasks and support operations using PowerShell scripts
• Provide L2/L3 support for Windows OSrelated issues
• Work closely with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations
