Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Windows Admin with 6 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Administration and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for desktop and server platforms.
Identify and analyze patches, and provide third-line support to client support teams when required.
Analyze technical changes affecting the SOE at an operational level.
Troubleshoot issues using logical problem-solving skills.
Deploy software and configure Active Directory and Group Policy settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Windows Administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) 2012/2013 and SCCM.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently or within a team.
MCSE/MCP Certification in Windows is preferred.
Understanding of Software Deployment and Remote Support Tools.
Experience with Remedy/EARS/ServiceNOW or similar tools.
Required Skills: o MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) 2012/2013, o Desktop/Server Deployment Experience and/or SCCM experience.
