Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Warehouse Manager in Surat. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience and should be able to manage inward and outward processes, with expertise in SAP knowledge and warehouse management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.

Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.

Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warehouse activities.

Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry or role.

Strong knowledge of SAP systems and proficiency in using them for managing warehouse operations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in staff training and development, focusing on improving performance and productivity.
