Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced WFM Scheduling Analyst I to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Analyzes contact center trends, including call volume, patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation.
  • Conducts call pattern forecasting and schedule planning activities to meet business unit objectives.
  • Recommends operational improvements based on analysis results.
  • Builds staffing and scheduling plans to meet business unit goals and objectives.
  • Develops knowledge, shares best practices, and creates relevant solutions.
  • May lead a team of junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in WFM scheduling or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
  • Any graduate degree is required.
