Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced WFM Scheduling Analyst I to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyzes contact center trends, including call volume, patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation.
Conducts call pattern forecasting and schedule planning activities to meet business unit objectives.
Recommends operational improvements based on analysis results.
Builds staffing and scheduling plans to meet business unit goals and objectives.
Develops knowledge, shares best practices, and creates relevant solutions.
May lead a team of junior co-workers and set day-to-day operational objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in WFM scheduling or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
Any graduate degree is required.
