Job Description:
The West & Central Technical Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales
growth by managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring
revenue targets are met in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enquiry Generation & Business Development:
o Generate enquiries and develop new business opportunities with domestic and
international clients.
2. Market Research:
o Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer
needs.
3. Sales Outreach:
o Actively seek new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social
media.
4. Offer Preparation:
o Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals and offers.
5. Order Booking & Collections:
o Ensure timely order bookings and collection of payments as per monthly
targets.
6. Product Presentations:
o Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and prospects.
7. Sales Reporting:
o Create regular sales reports and maintain financial data.
8. Exhibitions & Conferences:
o Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
9. Deal Negotiations:
o Negotiate and close deals, handling any objections or complaints from clients.
10. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals and improve
processes.
11. Customer Feedback:
o Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous
improvement.
12. MIS Reporting:
o Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
13. Process Improvement:
o Participate in Kaizen, Business Excellence, and Integrated Management
System activities.
14. Data Management:
o Archive and maintain data related to the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
15. Customer Database:
o Maintain a detailed customer database, including their growth plans and future
requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
