We're looking for passionate designers to join our creative team — people who can bring content to life through striking, story-driven visuals. 🖌 What You’ll Do: Work closely with our editorial/content team to create eye-catching designs that align with each piece of content Design static graphics, carousels, infographics, and other visuals for web & social Use AI tools and design platforms (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva, etc.) for faster, smarter workflows Create in bulk without compromising quality — speed and style go hand-in-hand here 🔍 What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in visual storytelling, branding, or editorial design Leadership potential to guide junior designers and uphold a strong visual identity Efficiency with fast-paced content production, without sacrificing intent or aesthetics Basic knowledge of AI tools and a hunger to experiment 🎯 Bonus if you: Think like a content creator Are obsessed with visual trends on platforms like Instagram, Pinterest & LinkedIn Have worked in the mental health, wellness, or publishing space ✨ Why Join Us?
