We're Hiring: Social Media Executive

Drive qualified, high-intent traffic from all social channels to Minds Journal’s web properties, while deepening audience engagement and amplifying overall brand visibility.

Traffic Generation

• Own weekly & monthly traffic targets from social (sessions, page-views, assisted conversions).

• Craft click-optimised content (hooks, CTAs, UTM tagging) to maximise click-through and on-site dwell time.

Content & Campaign Planning

• Build and maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar aligned with editorial, SEO and product launches.

• Ideate, brief and publish platform-specific creatives (posts, Reels/Shorts, carousels, stories, polls, threads, Pinterest pins).

Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, DMs and brand mentions in real time; respond within 24 hours.

• Spark constructive conversations around mental-health, parenting & leadership topics; escalate sensitive issues to the founder/PR.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs in GA4, Search Console, Meta Suite, Pinterest Analytics, etc.

• Produce a concise weekly dashboard (sessions, CTR, engagement rate, conversions, CAC/ROAS).

• Provide actionable insights and next-step tests.

Trend & Algorithm Watch

• Stay ahead of platform updates (e.g., Instagram algorithm changes, Pinterest SEO shifts).

• Recommend format or timing adjustments within 48 hours of significant platform updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Sync with SEO team on keyword priorities and internal-link angles.

• Coordinate with Designers & Video Editors for creative assets.

• Location:

  Kolkata, Salt Lake, Sector 5 (9 am – 6 pm).

• Type:

  Full-time, 5-day work from office and Saturday half day (work from home)

• Probation:

  2 months with performance review at Day 60.
