What You’ll Do:

• Create scroll-stopping graphics for web, social media, branding, and campaigns
• Design short-form content like

  reels, motion graphics, and carousels

• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo, Firefly, Runway, Canva AI) to generate

  fresh, copyright-free visuals

• Ensure

  high daily output

  while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and editorial teams

What You Must Bring:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or tools like Figma, Canva
• Strong understanding of

  design aesthetics, color, layout, and typography

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools to

  generate original assets

• Ability to

  work under pressure

  and deliver

  multiple high-quality creatives per day

• Strong visual storytelling skills—especially for reels, shorts, and motion graphics

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience creating

  Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn creatives

• Knowledge of copyright-free image sourcing or prompt engineering for AI visuals
• Prior work with a content-heavy or fast-paced digital team
• Knowledge of psychology and mental health topics
