Job Title: Lead Operations (FMRTS)

Job Location: Bhiwandi -Maharastra

Experience: 2-10 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Hub Operations Management:

  Overseeing all aspects of the hub's daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Team Leadership:

  Providing direction, organizing, and delegating work to HUB related Team members.

• Order Fulfillment:

  Reviewing Hub orders, pulling parts, staging product, and finalizing paperwork, interacting with drivers and store networks.

• Inventory Management:

  Ensuring inventory accuracy, managing and complying with all Hub records and paperwork policies, and assisting with inventory activities and customer deliveries.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Tracking orders, performance metrics, and financial targets to ensure timely deliveries and operational success.

• Process Improvement:

  Identifying areas for improvement in hub operations, implementing solutions, and driving growth and customer satisfaction.

• Safety and Compliance:

  Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality standards to protect staff and assets.

• Communication:

  Communicating risks or concerns regarding order fulfillment to store leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
