HR & Training Executive

Position Details

  : HR & Training Executive

  : Full-time (Work from Home)

• Working Days

  : Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

• Working Hours

  : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

• Salary

  : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

• Location

  : Remote (India)

Role & Responsibilities

As an HR & Training Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  Recruitment & Hiring

  : Source, screen, and onboard candidates for various roles.

  HR Policies & Compliance

  : Ensure smooth implementation of company policies.
• 🎤

  Training & Development

  : Conduct onboarding sessions and design structured training modules for new hires.
• 📊

  Performance Management

  : Monitor employee performance during the probation period.
• 🤝

  Employee Engagement

  : Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
• 📞

  Coordination

  : Handle communication related to hiring updates, training schedules, and employee progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred).
• 1+ year experience in HR, recruitment, or training.
• Strong communication & people management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
• Ability to create training presentations/materials.
• Self-disciplined and able to manage remote work efficiently.
