Role & responsibilities

Occasional In person arrival consultation, when guest influx is more.
Conduct On call Pre- arrival consultation and Screen the kind of Cases to be taken.
Attend queries regarding wellness programm and Convert.
Manage the hotel's sales team and create sales goals to meet revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the hotel's customer base and increase revenue.
Achieving the targets of converting the Leads to Sales.
Lead management, data management, guest experience.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and service.
Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and progress toward goals.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
