Welfare Officer

Employee Welfare & Engagement

• Promote employee welfare measures as per labour laws and company policies
• Address employee grievances pertaining to accommodation and guest house
• Counsel employees on personal, work-related, and welfare issues
• Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and initiative
• Extend and facilitate Labour Welfare Board facilities to all the employees

Health, Safety & Working Conditions

• Monitor workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with Safety Officer and Medical Officer for compliance
• Promote awareness of occupational health and safety practices

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare welfare-related reports and submit to management
• Support HR & Admin activities including accommodation allocation, guest house maintenance, pantry maintenance
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
