Welding Supervisor

As a Welding Supervisor at our EV manufacturing unit, your main role will be to oversee and manage the daily welding operations. You will be responsible for supervising a team of welders, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and guide the team of welders on the shop floor. - Ensure welding work is completed as per design and production schedule. - Inspect and verify weld quality according to company and safety standards. - Maintain welding machines and ensure proper usage of tools and materials. - Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of welding staff. - Report daily production status to the Production Manager. - Ensure safety measures and PPE compliance in the welding area. - Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - ITI / Diploma in Welding or Mechanical field. - 3 years of experience as a Welding Supervisor, preferably in the automobile/EV industry. - Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding processes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Good leadership and communication skills.
