Key Responsibilities

Welding Supervisor:

• Oversee all welding operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Implement and manage advanced welding technologies and automated systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections using various welding inspection tools and apply robust Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.
• Lead and mentor the welding team, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.

Welding Foreman:

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the welding team, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely.
• Execute welding tasks with proficiency in

  MIG, TIG, and Stick welding

  processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Welding Supervisor:

• Degree, Diploma, or relevant certifications in Welding (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of advanced welding technologies and QA/QC methodologies.

Welding Foreman:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Welding Foreman.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
