Description We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in welding processes and a passion for quality and safety in manufacturing. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing welding procedures, conducting inspections, and providing technical support to ensure high-quality production outcomes. Responsibilities Develop welding procedures and specifications according to project requirements. Conduct weld inspections and tests to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize weld processes. Troubleshoot welding issues and provide technical support to production teams. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in welding operations. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in welding engineering or related roles. Proficiency in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding. Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with welding equipment and technology. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
