WeddingsDeGoa - Junior Accounts Executive(North Goa )

WeddingsdeGoa is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Accounts & Operations Admin to join our growing team in Ucassaim, Bardez. This role is ideal for fresh Commerce/Accounts graduates or 1-2 years experience who are eager to grow in finance and operations.

Please Note: This position is open only for candidates currently living in Goa and willing to work from our office in Ucassaim along with hybrid WFH options.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day cash flow, payments, and financial records
• Prepare invoices, quotations, and oversee payment collections
• Generate financial reports for internal review and audits
• Maintain and update office inventory records
• Track and categorize company expenses in line with budget
• Process employee expense reports
• Support smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Freshers with an Accounts/Finance background are encouraged to apply
• 1-2 years experience are also considered
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices
• Must be based in Goa and able to work onsite in Ucassaim, Bardez.
