Wedding Sales Manager

The Wedding Sales Manager role based in Mumbai (Vikhroli West) involves driving sales and revenue from wedding-related bookings at multiple resort locations. You will handle inbound leads, meet prospective clients, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless coordination between departments to deliver exceptional wedding experiences. Your key responsibilities will include handling inbound wedding inquiries, developing sales strategies, building relationships with wedding planners and clients, conducting site inspections, negotiating contracts, and upselling additional resort services. You will also act as the main point of contact for wedding clients, coordinate with internal departments for event execution, and provide timely support during the planning process. As the Wedding Sales Manager, you will supervise inbound telecallers, maintain a database of potential clients, provide sales reports to the management team, and stay updated on wedding trends and competitor offerings. Your suggestions for enhancing wedding packages and promotions will be valuable for the business. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, or event sales in the hospitality industry, along with a graduate degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field. Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, knowledge of wedding planning and event coordination, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and a passion for hospitality and customer service are essential for this role.
