Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support planning tasks by updating checklists, timelines, guest lists, and vendor trackers using Excel and other tools.
Assist with vendor coordination, including gathering quotes, scheduling meetings, and preparing contracts or comparison sheets.
Help prepare logistics documents, such as wedding day timelines, seating charts, and run-of-show schedules.
Join client and vendor meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring smooth follow-ups.
Provide on-site event support during rehearsals or weddings, assisting with setup, guest coordination, and vendor check-ins.
