MB Events, a leading company specialising in organising events and weddings, seeks a proficient Sales Executive with expertise in wedding decor, Events and wedding planning. We desire someone who is deeply enthusiastic about weddings, highly organised, and possesses strong communication abilities.

Job Title: Wedding Sales & Event Coordination Executive

Responsibilities :

• Handle face-to-face sales meetings with clients, present creative decor proposals, and successfully close deals.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure complete understanding of client requirements, including event production, artist coordination, and sound-light technical setups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new prospects for wedding décor, events and wedding planning services.
• Offer expert counsel to clients on wedding planning, décor possibilities, and technical production aspects.
• Coordinate with vendors, artists, suppliers, and technical teams for timely delivery of decoration items, AV setups, and event production services.
• Draft proposals, contracts, and client presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in wedding décor, event production, and technical setups to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients throughout the sales and execution process.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of event production, artist management, and sound-light technical aspects.
• Proficiency in making décor presentations on PowerPoint and Canva.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in wedding planning or event management.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face sales meetings and close deals effectively.
• Thorough understanding of wedding planning, décor trends, and technical event requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for weddings and creative decoration with technical knowledge.
• Experience in coordinating weddings end-to-end, including production and vendor management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
