Eleven Star Events is Events Curator, We execute Weddings, Ceremony, Birthday Party and Other Luxury Events in Delhi NCR. Our services include special effects like bridal entry, on stage setup, molicular bar setup, entry decor and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner located in West Delhi. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of wedding events, from initial consultation through the planning stages to final execution (Including overherading execution of special effects like bridal entry, on stage setup, live performance, molecular bar setup, entry decor and more.). Daily tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed. Exceptional customer service and frequent communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns are integral parts of this role.

Salary Package:

In hand Rs. 25,000-35,000 per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Event Planning, and Wedding Planning skills
• Experience in Budgeting
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings
• Previous experience in event management or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
