About the Role

We are a creative wedding photography company delivering timeless images and memories to our clients. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wedding Album Designer who can handle the complete post-production process — from photo culling, to basic retouching, to album design. If you're someone who enjoys storytelling through visuals and has a strong design sense, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Photo Culling

• Review and select the best images from thousands of raw files across wedding events
• Eliminate duplicates, blinks, blurs, and irrelevant shots
• Maintain proper folder structure and naming for easy access

2. Basic Retouching / Editing

• Perform light color correction, exposure balancing, skin smoothing, and background clean-up in Lightroom or Photoshop
• Apply consistent color grading based on the client’s style or brand aesthetics
• Export print-ready and web-ready versions of edited images

3. Album Designing

• Design clean, modern, and story-driven wedding albums using Adobe Photoshop, Pixellu SmartAlbums, or similar tools
• Create beautiful spreads using selected photos, keeping client preferences and storytelling flow in mind
• Handle client revisions and finalize albums for print
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors (if required)

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in wedding photo editing and album design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong visual sense, layout skills, and understanding of Indian wedding culture and ceremonies
• High attention to detail and file organization
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have (Optional but Beneficial)

• Knowledge of skin retouching techniques (dodge & burn, frequency separation)
• Video editing experience (for reels/highlights)
