We are looking for a skilled Photo Editor & Retoucher to join our team and enhance our storytelling through high-quality image curation and editing. Key Responsibilities: Copy Cull: Select the best images from wedding shoots, eliminating duplicates and unusable shots. Image Editing: Enhance photos using Lightroom and Photoshop (color correction, exposure adjustment, toning, and cropping). Retouching: Perform skin retouching, blemish removal, and other fine adjustments for a natural yet polished look. Album Design: Create visually appealing wedding albums using design software (SmartAlbums / Photoshop). File Management: Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for storing and delivering edited photos. Collaborate: Work closely with photographers and clients to meet creative expectations and deadlines. Requirements: Experience: 1+ years of experience in photo editing (wedding photography editing preferred). Software Proficiency: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and album design tools. Eye for Detail: Strong sense of color grading, composition, and storytelling. Speed & Efficiency: Ability to handle bulk images while maintaining high quality. Creativity: A keen understanding of aesthetics and current wedding photography trends. Preferred Skills: Experience with AI-based editing tools for efficiency. Ability to edit in different styles as per client preferences. Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
