Daydream Picture is a creative wedding photography company dedicated to capturing timeless moments. We are looking for a skilled Photo Editor & Retoucher to join our team and enhance our storytelling through high-quality image curation and editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Copy Cull: Select the best images from wedding shoots, eliminating duplicates and unusable shots.
• Image Editing: Enhance photos using Lightroom and Photoshop (color correction, exposure adjustment, toning, and cropping).
• Retouching: Perform skin retouching, blemish removal, and other fine adjustments for a natural yet polished look.
• Album Design: Create visually appealing wedding albums using design software (SmartAlbums / Photoshop).
• File Management: Organize and maintain an efficient workflow for storing and delivering edited photos.
• Collaborate: Work closely with photographers and clients to meet creative expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in photo editing (wedding photography editing preferred).
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and album design tools.
• Eye for Detail: Strong sense of color grading, composition, and storytelling.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to handle bulk images while maintaining high quality.
• Creativity: A keen understanding of aesthetics and current wedding photography trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-based editing tools for efficiency.
• Ability to edit in different styles as per client preferences.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
