Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Tester to evaluate and ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our company’s website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, reporting issues, and providing feedback to improve the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing on website features and workflows. Identify and document bugs, usability issues, and broken links. Verify website functionality across different devices and browsers. Test forms, login/logout processes, navigation, and responsiveness. Coordinate with developers/designers to get issues resolved. Participate in regression and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles. Maintain a clear record of test cases and test results. Ensure website meets quality and performance standards. Requirements: Basic understanding of websites, user flows, and browser behavior. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow test checklists and report issues accurately. Familiarity with various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Good communication skills to report bugs clearly. 2+Experience with tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Trello, or Excel. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (for technical roles). Prior experience/internship in website testing or QA is a plus.
