Our e-commerce website is the foundation of our customer experience, and we are looking for a dedicated Website Tester (QA Tester) to ensure its performance, reliability, and quality. Job Description We are hiring a Website Tester (QA Tester) to ensure our website and web applications deliver a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience for customers worldwide. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about quality assurance. You will be responsible for testing Godavaridev Jewells’ website across browsers, devices, and operating systems to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps before launch. Key Responsibilities Test Godavaridev Jewells’ website across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems. Perform manual testing for functionality, UI/UX, checkout flow, product pages, and performance. Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies until resolved. Conduct security checks for payment gateway, login, and user data protection. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth releases. Run regression tests after updates and new feature launches. Suggest improvements for better customer experience, performance, and reliability. Required Skills Experience in website or software testing (manual/automation). Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, Bugzilla, Postman – optional for entry-level). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred). Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to test from both a technical and end-user perspective. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 0–2 years of experience in website/software QA roles (freshers welcome).
