Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

CityLaila Global Travel is a growing travel-tech company helping travelers discover and book unique experiences worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Website Tester to join our team and ensure our platform delivers a seamless user experience across devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously test our e-commerce website to ensure smooth functionality, including page load, navigation, and checkout process.

Identify, document, and report website issues, bugs, or broken links.

Verify that all landing pages display correctly and work seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Ensure the website’s UI/UX elements render properly and consistently.

Perform usability testing and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with the development and design teams to resolve identified issues quickly.

Stay updated on best practices in website testing and e-commerce user experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–4 years of experience testing e-commerce websites (experience in travel, retail, or similar platforms preferred).

Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first testing.

Knowledge of website testing tools and techniques.

Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to identifying and documenting issues.

Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and proactively spot and escalate issues.

Nice to Have:

Experience testing on multiple browsers and operating systems.

Understanding of basic SEO, website analytics, and conversion tracking.
