Job Description

We are looking for a driven Website Sales Manager (Full-Time US Shift) to join our team and sell our clients’ products and services to their target customers.


What You’ll Do

  • Represent our clients’ products and services (like e-commerce solutions, software, or retail products) by learning what they offer and matching them to customer needs.
  • Find new buyers by reaching out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and keep them engaged.
  • Build and manage a list of potential customers for our clients and work with the sales team to move them forward.
  • Help improve how we find and connect with buyers for our clients.
  • Arrange meetings or calls between potential buyers and our sales team.
  • Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates with the sales manager about your progress.


Your Responsibilities

  • Use tools like Salesforce, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to find new buyers for our clients’ products or services.
  • Talk to potential customers to understand their needs and explain how our clients’ offerings can help them.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers to turn them into solid leads for our sales team.
  • Look for new markets and opportunities to sell our clients’ products or services.
  • Set up meetings or calls between buyers and our sales team to move deals forward.
  • Report your results regularly to the sales manager, focusing on leads and conversions.


Must-Have Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or finding customers, with a record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication skills for phone calls and emails.
  • Smart problem-solving and the ability to think quickly in sales situations.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving sales role.


Good-to-Have Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or 2-4 years of sales experience).
  • Experience as an WSM or in outbound sales, hitting sales goals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
