Compensation Plans for Outbound Sales:

Outbound sales often have a commission-based structure alongside a base salary, depending on performance. Commonly:

• Base Salary + Commission: For every deal closed, they earn a commission (could be a percentage or a fixed amount per sale).
• Performance Bonuses: For meeting or exceeding quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Qualify leads and build a pipeline of potential customers.
• Set appointments or demos for Account Executives.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain pipeline momentum.
• Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve outreach tactics.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach, or LinkedIn prospecting is a plus.
• A positive, self-starter with a passion for sales and customer relationships.

Compensation:
Base salary + competitive commission structure. Top performers earn uncapped commissions!
