Website Fulfilment Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage orders received through our website in real-time.
• Coordinate with store teams and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Verify stock availability for online orders before confirmation.
• Communicate with customers for any order clarifications, changes, or delays.
• Ensure packaging meets Amadora’s quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of fulfilled and pending orders.
• Report daily fulfilment status and highlight any issues to the operations team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or fulfilment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English (additional local languages a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Familiarity with online order management systems is an advantage.

Work Hours:
