Website Fulfilment Executive

As a Website Fulfilment Executive at Amadora Ice Cream, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all online orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing orders received through our website in real-time. Your attention to detail will be key as you coordinate with store teams and delivery partners to guarantee timely fulfilment of orders. It will be your duty to verify stock availability before confirming online orders and communicate with customers for clarifications, changes, or delays. In this role, you will also be expected to ensure that the packaging of our products meets Amadora's quality and presentation standards. Keeping accurate records of fulfilled and pending orders will be essential, and you will need to report the daily fulfilment status while highlighting any issues to the operations team promptly. To excel in this position, previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, or fulfilment will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills in English are essential. Being able to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours, will be advantageous. Familiarity with online order management systems will also be a plus. The work hours for this position will be specified as per the operational requirements, with weekend availability as needed.
