Job Description

Manage and maintain Shopify websites for both Indian and international markets. Implement design and functional changes based on business requirements. Set up and streamline processes in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, and other Zoho apps. Ensure website speed, performance, and uptime are optimized. Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and tracking tools as needed. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for website banners, landing pages, and campaign updates. Monitor and resolve technical issues related to websites or ERP platforms. Provide support for email configurations, form integrations, and backend workflows.
