Job Description:

Labhanya Technologies is looking for a skilled and experienced Website Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building, maintaining, and optimizing websites while collaborating closely with design and marketing teams.

You will be responsible for developing responsive, high-performing websites and ensuring smooth functionality across devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
• Work on WordPress / CMS-based websites and custom development
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams
• Fix bugs, improve UI/UX, and optimize site speed
• Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party tools when required
• Maintain code quality and follow best development practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• 4–5 years of professional experience in website development
• Strong understanding of front-end and basic back-end development

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress (theme & plugin customization)
• Knowledge of PHP / MySQL
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic SEO and website performance optimization knowledge
• Experience with version control tools (Git preferred)
• Ability to work independently in an office environment

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

• Experience with React / Angular / Vue
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Knowledge of hosting, domains, and server management
