 About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and creative Website Developer with strong expertise in WordPress development and SEO optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites while ensuring they are SEO-friendly, fast, and user-focused. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites (themes, plugins, customizations). Implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, keyword optimization, sitemaps, schema, and site structure. Optimize website speed, performance, and security. Manage WordPress plugins, updates, and backups. Conduct SEO audits and improve search engine rankings. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites. 🔹 Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP. Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast, RankMath, etc.). Experience with website speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, etc.). Familiarity with Google Analytics & keyword research tools. Understanding of mobile-first design & responsive layouts. 🔹 Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working on SEO-driven WordPress projects. Knowledge of WooCommerce, Shopify, or other CMS (added advantage). Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
