Role Overview

Wix Website Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and customize websites using

  Wix

  (including Wix Editor, Wix Studio, and Wix Velo if required).

• Edit and maintain existing Wix websites

  by updating layouts, improving functionality, and refreshing designs.

• Create new Wix websites from scratch

  , turning concepts into fully functional, responsive websites.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure websites align with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
• Optimize websites for

  mobile, performance, and SEO

  .
• Suggest and implement UX/UI improvements for better user engagement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on Wix platforms.

Requirements

• Strong experience in

  designing and editing websites on Wix

  (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with Wix features (Editor, Wix Studio, Velo coding - bonus).
• Solid understanding of

  UX/UI design principles

  , responsive layouts, and modern web trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Eye for detail in design, layout, and typography.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with

  branding and graphic design

  (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Previous experience working with Wix.

Job Details

• Type:

  Part-time (with potential for growth).

  Hybrid, based in

  New Delhi, India

  (mix of in-studio + remote).
