Role Description

We’re looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Trivandrum. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be capable of creating visually appealing layouts and converting them into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML.

Qualifications

• Design visually compelling website layouts, UI components, and page flows using

  Figma

  or

  Adobe Photoshop

• Translate high-fidelity designs into

  responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices
• Collaborate with developers or backend teams to implement front-end integration
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in

  Figma

  and/or

  Adobe Photoshop

  with a strong design portfolio
• Solid knowledge of

  HTML5

  ,

  CSS3

  , and

  basic JavaScript

• Experience in converting design mockups to clean, maintainable HTML/CSS code
• Strong understanding of

  responsive design

  techniques using Flexbox, Grid, and media queries
• Familiarity with

  web design principles

  , typography, and color theory
• Knowledge of

  design systems

  and reusable UI components
