Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, installing and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals; deploying system updates and patches; resolving network connectivity problems; and maintaining inventory of IT assets. The role demands proactive monitoring of system performance, user training on best practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support. Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer), and Active Directory is essential.
