Website Designer and Developer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer & Developer who can design engaging landing pages and manage WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with WordPress structure, website customization, and hosting landing pages on subdomains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-converting landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.).
• Manage, update, and optimize existing WordPress websites.
• Ensure all websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly.
• Handle domain and subdomain setup, including hosting and deployment of landing pages.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement website updates and campaigns.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance issues, or compatibility errors.
• Maintain proper backups, website security, and regular updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of WordPress CMS structure (themes, plugins, child themes, hooks, etc.)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP basics
• Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor preferred)
• Knowledge of hosting servers, cPanel, FTP, and DNS management
• Ability to design responsive and user-friendly layouts
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization tools
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and modern web design trends

Good to Have:

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of landing page conversion principles
• Knowledge of email integrations (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Portfolio or links to previous WordPress and landing page projects
