Website & Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled Website & Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites and mobile/web applications. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong technical expertise in front-end and back-end development, and experience in building responsive, user-friendly digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites and mobile/web applications
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern technologies
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services
• Ensure optimal performance, speed, and scalability of websites/apps
• Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing websites and applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content creators, and project managers
• Maintain security and data protection standards
• Conduct testing and optimization before deployment
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2yr of work experience as a Website & Application Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue)
• Strong experience in back-end development: PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar
• Familiar with mobile app frameworks: Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS
• Knowledge of databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement on-page SEO best practices
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align website content with brand goals
• Regularly update websites, plugins, and themes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs
• Optimize images and content for fast loading
• Integrate third-party tools like Mailchimp, forms, analytics, and social media
• Maintain website backups and ensure site security
