Job Title: Webshops Technical Manager Were looking for an experienced and driven Webshops Technical Manager to lead our technical teams and ensure the stability, performance, and governance of our webshop platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Webshops Systems Team, overseeing senior technical staff and shaping the long-term technical strategy of our e-commerce ecosystem. You will be the key point of accountability for ensuring our webshop platforms—powered by SFCC, MuleSoft, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloudflare—are secure, scalable, and performant. As a technical leader, you will balance delivery speed with quality, align engineering practices with business objectives, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of in-house technical experts, including Tech Leads, DevOps Engineers, and Integration Architects. Own and enforce the technical governance framework across the webshop domain—covering architecture, performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to align commercial delivery with long-term technical goals. Ensure transparency of technical issues and drive resolution strategies, especially on critical platform components. Champion best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams. Monitor technical debt, identify inefficiencies, and drive ongoing optimization efforts. Serve as a senior escalation point for technical challenges and decision-making. Key Deliverables A stable, secure, and high-performing webshop platform (SFCC, MuleSoft, CI/CD, Cloudflare). A robust technical governance framework that minimizes bugs and enhances implementation quality. Clear ownership structures and reporting lines across the technical team.
