We are seeking a skilled and proactive Webmaster to manage and maintain our company website, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of hands-on coding experience, with strong expertise in ReactJS and WordPress development, website optimization, SEO best practices, and technical troubleshooting.

• Own the end-to-end management and maintenance of the companys website.

• Develop, update, and optimize site features using ReactJS and WordPress.

• Ensure website performance, uptime, and responsiveness are consistently high.

• Implement regular website updates including content, design, and structural changes.

• Help to implement and improve SEO best practices, optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with SEO, marketing and design teams to integrate campaign requirements effectively.

• Manage website hosting, security, backups, and domain-related configurations.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform debugging as required.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and web standards.

What youll need to bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development and management.

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS (functional components, hooks, routing, state management).

• Deep understanding of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin development.

• Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and REST APIs.

• Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with tools like Git, Google Analytics, Search Console, and website heatmaps.

• Basic understanding of server management (Apache/Nginx), cPanel, and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with headless CMS or WordPress + React hybrid setups.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools for web deployment.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR compliance.
