• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development practices.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps,
• Fluent English.
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, action-oriented

• Act as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the development team, Product Owner, and organization on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and performance.
• Track and report team metrics to stakeholders (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
• Foster a culture of trust, openness, and accountability within the team.
• Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables.
