Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in maintaining the IT infrastructure and systems for the clients. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems to ensure the smooth running of operations. Your contribution will be key in restoring services promptly and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage work queues, address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, and update tickets with the actions taken. - Identify, analyze, and log issues to prevent escalations, thus maintaining service quality. - Collaborate with other teams and clients to provide second-level support for efficient problem resolution. - Execute changes meticulously, contribute to the change management process with detailed documentation, and recommend improvements for efficiency. - Handle client escalations with professionalism, assist in disaster recovery functions and tests, and contribute to various projects. - Work with automation teams and support L1 Engineers to drive optimization efforts. - Maintain a positive outlook and work well under pressure, ensuring clients are placed at the forefront of all interactions. Qualifications Required: - Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure. - Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties. - Proficiency in planning activities and projects, adapting to changing circumstances, and working longer hours when necessary. - Proven ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and social groups. - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.,
