Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-platform growth campaigns across

  Twitter/X, Telegram, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn

  .
• Build and manage online communities across Web3 platforms through engaging and informative content.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling creatives, blog posts, videos, and reels.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Meta Business Suite

  and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Drive organic and paid user acquisition strategies, including

  influencer marketing, PR outreach, and crypto-native growth tactics

  (e.g., Telegram shilling, Crypto Twitter).
• Execute

  SEO, SEM, and email marketing

  aligned with token launches, platform updates, or product events.
• Partner with

  Web3 KOLs, influencers, and content creators

  for brand amplification.

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth understanding of

  Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, DeFi, and Metaverse

  .
• Hands-on experience managing communities on

  Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Medium, and Reddit

  .
• Proficiency in tools and platforms like:
  

• Google Analytics / GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

• Canva / Adobe Suite

  (for basic creative support)

• Notion / Trello / Asana

  (task management)

• Kitchen / Lark / Mirror

  (for content planning/scheduling)

• AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation

• Basic knowledge of

  SEO, email marketing tools

  (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue), and

  influencer outreach platforms

  is a plus.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or marketing-related field.
• Minimum

  2 years of experience in digital marketing or growth hacking

  .
• At least

  1 year of hands-on experience in Web3/crypto marketing

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
